What if we believed with every fiber of our being that our gifts and abilities were unique and of great value to others?
Why do we struggle with believing in our own gifts and abilities? Why do we deny them when someone says thank you for helping me and we shrug it off as no big deal. Because to us, it is easy to do what we do and we still can’t believe people pay us for our talents. That’s it. It is easy because that is our gift and ability.
Look at Jordan Smith’s story on The Voice. He is the winner of The Voice and struggled with his journey to The Voice with believing that his gift is special. Jordan, we all hope you now know this was your destiny.
Why are we so hard on ourselves? What if we really embraced who we are and the gifts we have been given? We need to own it and say I am good at (fill in the blank) and it is my gift.
What if we could share our passion and abilities with others without self-doubt? What would that look like for you?
What if we stuck our neck out and pushed past our fears and insecurities and did share our talents with others?
I hope this message is the sign you have been looking for that it is time for you to be brave with sharing your gifts with others.
